Who We Are

Successful educational partnerships rely on mutually agreed upon goals and creative collaboration by all participants.  When teaching professionals come together to improve organizations through authentic needs assessments and systemic implementation of best practices, schools get better and students get smarter.  Our partners have come to value the personalized approach our consultants take with each school.  We take the time to learn about the unique needs and challenges of each organization and work closely with each institution to craft a meaningful partnership that reaps long-term benefits for all stakeholders.

Our consultants bring a wide range of educational expertise ranging from intimate knowledge of K-12 classrooms and administrations, to boards of directors and human resources, to facilities and operations.  We share a common dedication to improving the state of education by using research-based best practices to strengthen educational organizations committed to making a measureable difference in student achievement.

In addition to our individual work with partner schools and universities, we serve the educational community in a variety of capacities, including ongoing work with the Schools of Choice Unit of the Colorado Department of Education, the Charter School Support Initiative Assessment Team, the Administrative Mentor Cohort, the Colorado League of Charter Schools, the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, the Colorado Department of Education’s State Review Panel (serving the commissioner) and the Charter School Commission HB 1412 (serving the legislature).

Perhaps our greatest asset, however, is a deep commitment to life-long learning that keeps us seeking to improve our own best practices, and inspires us to share what we discover with our colleagues and partners.  We believe in the power of education to change lives, and in the power of charter schools to change education.  We know what success looks like, and we can help you get there.
