The Center for Professional Development at Peak to Peak Charter School highly recommends that registered schools attend this workshop on "Maximizing Job Fair Success."  With numerous teacher candidates, limited time, and a finite number of jobs available, each school might want to consider developing a strategy that ensures success at the job fair. This workshop is an opportunity for your hiring team to spend time exploring effective hiring practices and developing a strategy to use at the Charter School Job Fair and at other job fairs.
The workshop will cover: 
  • Selecting the hiring team
  • What to expect on the day of the fair
  • Time management throughout the day
  • Managing and tracking resumes
  • Selecting candidates to interview
  • Using interviews to vet candidates and market your school
  • Effective interview questions
  • Post job fair action steps
Cost: Administrators, teachers, and hiring team members are welcome for only $35 per school.
